Terms and Conditions

You may only create one user account, and the information must be correct. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs from your account.

The account is personal and must not be transferred to others. If you suspect misuse, you must change your password immediately and contact us.

Profiles must give a true picture of the club or coach. It is not allowed to impersonate another person or organisation.

You own the content you post, but give CoachMatcher permission to display it on the platform until the profile is deleted.

Job postings must describe a real coaching position. Misleading, discriminatory or illegal postings will be removed.

When you apply for a job, you accept that the club can see the information from your profile necessary to assess the application.

Clubs must treat applications confidentially and must not share personal information from applications with unauthorised parties.

The chat must be used professionally and respectfully. It is not allowed to send advertisements, spam, threats, harassment or illegal content.

CoachMatcher may log messages for a limited time to handle abuse and support. Messages must not be shared publicly without the consent of both parties.

You are responsible for the information you choose to share on your profile and in messages. CoachMatcher encourages you to only share the information necessary for the purpose.

CoachMatcher cannot be held liable for content written by users or for agreements entered into between clubs and coaches.

False information, fraud, harassment, discrimination and other abuse is prohibited. If we identify abuse, we may suspend or delete the account without notice.

Users are encouraged to report suspicious behaviour so we can keep the platform safe and reliable.

CoachMatcher reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate the terms or harm the platform or other users.

You can delete your own profile and account at any time under My profile. Deletion removes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
