Privacy Policy

When you create a profile on CoachMatcher, we collect the information you provide yourself, such as your name, email address, phone number, club name, coach profile, license, experience, previous clubs, achievements, profile picture and location.

When you use the platform, we also store your messages, applications, job postings, saved profiles and any documents you upload for verification of your DBU license.

We use the information to show your profile to potential matches, send messages and applications between clubs and coaches, process DBU license verification, and ensure the platform works technically and securely.

We only send you emails that are necessary for the platform – e.g. for forgotten passwords, new messages or applications.

Your data is stored in a secure database at Supabase, operated in Europe. All traffic is encrypted, and access is limited to you and necessary system roles.

We keep your data as long as you have an active profile. When you delete your profile, personal data is removed in accordance with our deletion procedure.

CoachMatcher uses Supabase for database, authentication, file storage and real-time notifications. Hosting and emails are provided via Lovable.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or sales. Only necessary subcontractors are granted access, and only to the extent required to operate the platform.

You have the right to see, correct, delete or have the personal data we hold about you delivered. You can also ask us to restrict or object to the processing.

Many of these options are available directly under My profile. You can delete your profile and account at any time, or contact us for help.

If you have questions, want to exercise your rights, or wish to complain about how we process your data, you can contact us using the contact email below.
